If your appointment is not confirmed or your waiver is not completed within the required timeframe, your appointment will be canceled, and your time slot may be offered to another client. 10-Minute Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I’ll always do my best to be reasonable and flexible when possible. However, please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. 💳 Card Processing Fee: All services are subject to a 3.5% card processing fee. ⏰ Grace Period: Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or your service being adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time.
